Where can you ship?

Does someone have to sign for my order?

Yes, someone 21+ must be present with a valid government issued ID to receive your order.

I missed my delivery, now what?

If you are not able to receive your delivery, after 3 attempts, the order will be shipped back to the sender and you will be responsible for covering both outbound and return shipping.

What shipping providers do you use?

Dizzy products are shipped via GLS for CA orders or UPS for orders to be delivered outside of CA.

Can I adjust my delivery address?

We are happy to adjust your delivery address if your order has not yet been shipped. Once shipped, we will not be able to adjust your delivery address.
